The Shamer's Daughter
Eight-year-old Chotu and his ten-year-old sister Pari live in a picturesque village. Chotu is blind but cheerful and bigheaded. Pari is his eyes, his guide and his best friend. She has promised Chotu that he will be able to see again by the time he turns nine. She is convinced that her idol, film star Shah Rukh Khan, can help her fulfill the promise. When Pari hears that the actor is shooting a movie in a location about 300 kilometers from their village, she decides to take matters in her hands and together with Chotu sets on a journey to make her brother’s dream come true.
