School of Babel
Little Peter grows up in Czechoslovakia in the 60s. He lives by the border with Austria, so theoretically the free world is within his reach. The boy has been raised by his grandparents ever since his parents emigrated to Vienna. But neither Peter nor his friends are interested in politics. They are still living in a children’s world – go to school, play, defend from the attacks of other boys. But the political atmosphere starts to change and there is a chance that Peter will be able to get together with his long unseen parents.
